Yuki Y2001 Hooks

Japanese company Yuki produces the Y2001 hooks, which are Made in Japan, targeting fish that have powerful jaws, such as the Sea Bream.

The Y2001 have been chemically sharpened, so that the tip has excellent penetrating properties. The real innovation, however, is the flattened part of the shank, which enhances the hook’s strength and forces it to turn as soon as it is found in the prey’s mouth. So the hook is secured.
