Description
The Marukyu Umajime salt, is a specialized buffer, enriched with amino acids that is used for marinating fresh baits, while on the boat. It is an adjusting additive that gives baits increased firmness and stability on the hook.
The technology used by Marukyu has now reached a level where, depending on the type and quality of the fresh bait, it can regenerate it, enhance its taste, smell, hardness and enrich it with nutrients that every fish looks for. Marukyu is continuing to pioneer the use of pheromone formulas in a range of baits, that are being released into the market.
The Umajime salt is ideal to be used in baits such as shrimp with the shell, in filleted, or fresh fish , in shellfish, such as mussel rye. It is also ideal to use on such baits which have been frozen and have lost some of their ingredients. In simple words it restores their properties.
The formula is also environmentally friendly, rich in amino acids that fish like, with the pheromones breaking down after twelve hours, therefore there is no fear of any residual effects on the environment.
You can put the bait you want to use in a fresh-keeping box, or a container with a lid, the night before fishing, inject the additive and submerge the bait. Place it in the lower layer of the refrigerator and use it the next day.
