This model has been in production since the late 1960s and has been exported around the world for more than 60 years. With the superior finished, sharp and flexible stainless chrome steel blade, it only takes a moment to make beautiful fish fillets.
This blade length is suitable for processing fish of approximately 2 – 3 kg.
A traditional leather sheath, in a natural colour completes the package.
Marttiini recommends hand wash only.
