HTO All Round Weedless Straight Hook

Description

The HTO All Round Weedless Straight Hook is a medium wired hook, suitable for most weedless lure fishing applications.

It is a high carbon steel hook, which has a forged bend and an ultra-sharp, chemically sharpened needle point, with a neat barb. This is a hook to use when youre using senko / worm baits and shad bodies. The shape of the hook will hold the lure in place, covering the point of the hook so it cannot snag on weed or rough ground, when a fish takes the lure, the lure will slide down the bend revealing the hook point for a successful hook up.

The HTO All Round Weedless Straight Hook belongs to the EWG type of offset hooks. The EWG hooks have been very popular for many years. You can easily tell them apart from the extra wide gap and from the tip of the hook. With a regular Texas-rig, the point of the hook is pushed through the entire cross section of the bait and when a bass bites the lure, the plastic bait is pushed down exposing the point.
