Description

Duotone Parawing Stash Pink 2025

Its single-skin design with dual-layer tips is optimized for stable flight and intuitive depower, making the STASH work in a wider range of winds and sailing angles. It is also designed to pack as compactly as possible for those looking for pure gliding sensation for miles.

The STASH has been perfected over months by our wing and kite designer, Ken Winner, in close collaboration with downwind experts Finn and Jeffrey Spencer. It has been developed not only to get on the foil, but also to overcome the challenges of this type of sailing and make free flight accessible to more riders.

By using an ultra-lightweight 30 g paraglider ripstop canopy, we achieve a wing that launches sooner, stays in the air longer, packs more easily and dampens gusts better, improving comfort in navigation. To optimize the Parawing design, we also reduced the thickness of the control lines to minimize drag and weight.

The STASH combines the best of both worlds: a powerful, easy-to-pack single-skin design coupled with closed-cell tips that allow for gradual depower with a simple twist of the wrist, keeping the tips inflated and under control at all times. The stabilized leading edge and reduced ribs further optimize in-flight stability, drag and ease of stowage.

Packing, organizing and relaunching the STASH is simple thanks to its color-coded control line sections, with the center panel of the leading edge in a differentiated color to identify the grip point when relaunching and with a color code on the ergonomic carbon bar, which indicates the piloting direction. Everything is designed to make the free flight experience more accessible.

Its all about making the most of that pure True Foiling feeling with your Parawing comfortably packed.

Comparison: Single-Skin vs. Double-Skin

Single-skin generates more lift and power for the same wing size.

Double-skin offers greater stability in flight, especially at high angles.

Single-skin is more compact when packing.

Single-skin does not require drainage.

Single-skin with double-layer tips drains much faster after a dip than a full double-skin design.

Single-skin with double-layer tips is more stable in depower than a full single-skin design.

Recommended configuration for board and foil

Do not expect Parawing to be as easy as Wing Foiling it is not! Keeping the balance on your table is more difficult without a more stable wing in your hands, so we recommend you to use a bigger table, especially for your first attempts.

Foiling requires a greater effort of the legs and we recommend you to use a bigger Glide foil, like the one used in the SUP Downwind Foiling. One of the great advantages compared to the SUP Downwind Foiling is that you can go out on the foil with a significantly shorter board, like the Skybrid which is the perfect combination! If you already have a Downwinder, its great especially for your first rides.

To make your first sessions more successful, we have included some recommendations based on your weight and foiling level.
