Description
The Grandwave Jigging is a rod, developed by Daiwa specially for vertical jigging and in particular Slow Jigging.
The Grandwave Jigging has been constructed with new Carbon technology, as a response to the need of various anglers for a rod that can handle both jigs and soft, silicone lures, which are popular in the Mediterranean.
The Grandwave is available in various versions, each designed for a specific Jigging style, to be mounted with a Baitcasting reel and offer the ultimate fishing experience. Each Grandwave Jigging model has a different handle construction at the butt, depending on the fishing style it addresses.
The Grandwave Jigging Daiwa rods are fitted with an X-45 blank, featuring the X-45 Full Shield technology. X45: This fabrication process is the superposition of Spiral carbon fibers , Unidirectional fibers on three layers and two carbon layers laid by two opposing helical windings . These two additional crosswinds have given the name of Bias Cross Wrap. These rods are ideal for fishing at great depths with moderate-diameter braid.
